Our goal is to stand out from corporate owned, large chain offices by providing personal care and attention to each patient. We also aim to keep you up to date with follow up appointments in order to maintain best possible dental health. We want to get to know you and communicate on the best plan towards your perfect smile. We also go above and beyond to help coordinate your dental insurance benefits. We’d like to ensure that you aren’t surprised by hidden fees and know approximately what your insurance covers and what your bill will be.

The Boss

Dr. Allen O. Massicotte is a graduate of Georgetown University Dental school and has owned the office since 1987. He briefly practiced as an associate in West Hartford and Newtown Ct, prior to owning the current office. His years of practice as a general dentist means there isn’t a problem he hasn’t seen before and can’t solve. Doc works hard to reach what is an optimal goal for your dental health, and to keep it there with routine check ups. His friendly attitude and confidence ensures you that everything will be taken care of with skill and expertise. But of course, The Boss’s work is never complete without his expert team.

Barb

With 25+ years at our office, Barb is our accounts and insurance coordinator and does wonders to maximize insurance benefits. She does an amazing job obtaining insurance predeterminations to lessen the likelihood of financial surprise.

Lucrecia

With 25+ years at our office, Lucrecia is well versed in all aspects of dental assisting. She is our lead dental assist and assurance of high quality sterilization in the office. Another of her strengths is the fact that Lucrecia is fluent in Spanish which greatly assists in communication with many of our patients.

Suzanne

With 30+ years at our office as a dental hygienist, Suzanne puts in the extra time and effort to ensure great quality in her work. She is always calm and considerate of each patient.

Jen

With 20+ years at our office as a dental hygienist, Jen is a hard worker dedicated to providing excellent care to each patient. She is skilled in keeping patients feeling positive throughout their appointment.

Jen

25+ years at our office, Jen is a wonderful receptionist with a great attitude and a warm smile. She is very accommodating to schedules and always knows how to make a patient feel welcomed when they arrive.

Ann

With 35+ years at our office, Ann is an excellent bookkeeper. Her accuracy makes her reliable when it comes to keeping all things financial on track.

Lenna

With 20+ years at the office, Lenna doubles as an assistant and receptionist. Her flexibility and dedication to the office has helped tremendously over the years.
